In the off season from Football, Matt competed at South Milwaukee High School for the State Powerlifting Competitions March 10,2012. Matt took 2nd Place for Wisconsin State Powerlifting in the 220lb. class. In doing so, Matt set two more Arrowhead High School records & tied one more.  Squat= 525lbs.(tied) / Bench= 305lbs.(new record) / Deadlift= 605lbs.(new record). Arrowhead also took 1st Place in the State as a Team / first time in their history !

In the off season from Football Matt was in a tune-up competition meet at Whitnall High School 2/18/12 for Powerlifting. He was one of the lifters helping his Arrowhead High School Team win first place. He also took 1st place & broke the same two Arrowhead records in the 220Lb. Class...this time Bench=295lbs. & Deadlift=580LBS./// State is in March and he should qualify for Nationals at that event. This is just one part of off season conditioning along with Ted Lang's Speed & Agility Program.....it's a great way to be ready for next season, this time as a Freshman in college at UW-Whitewater D-3 National Champs.

Matt qualified for State two years in a row in powerlifting in the Football off season.In the 220lb. class PB: 465lb. Squat/290lb. Bench & 560lb. Deadlift, took 1st Place at South Milwaukee/ broke a Arrowhead H.S. record in Bench & Deadlift for 220lb. class.

Class of 2015 - Can't wait until the fall season.... attended the Nor Cal Prep combine   Finished very well overall from all participants...Just Attended the Championship Football camp at De La Salle High  Camp on June 18th.  will be Attending the De La Salle High in the Fall.
