Comment by Dylan Armstead on June 10, 2009 at 10:55pm - Thanks for all the info on technique. 4.9/ 40 with a pulled quad wasn't bad and 4.4 on agility. I know I'll do better at the next combine in Colorado June 19th (NIKE). Thanks again for all the advice.

Coach, I jjust ran a 3.83 shuttle at Sacred Heart University camp last Sunday. All of the training and testing from NUC has really helped, thanks.

I have worked with a trainer and got my shuttle time down to 4.0 flat, I believe this is the fastest in the country so far for Juniors tested this year.
